Easter Sunday

This powerful Easter message confronts us with a profound question: What did Jesus think about Himself? Rather than relying on our own opinions or cultural interpretations, we're challenged to examine Jesus's own claims through three compelling declarations. First, Jesus claimed the authority to judge all mankind, positioning Himself at the final judgment where He will separate the righteous from the unrighteous. Second, He claimed the divine prerogative to forgive sins, something only God can do since all sin is ultimately offense against our Creator. Third, Jesus claimed to give eternal life, declaring Himself the bread of heaven who satisfies our deepest spiritual hunger. These aren't the words of a mere teacher or philosopher. They're the claims of someone who knew He was God in human flesh. The message weaves personal testimony with biblical truth, reminding us that death is our common enemy but Christ has conquered it through His resurrection. We're invited to move beyond intellectual acknowledgment to heart-deep faith, confessing Jesus as Lord and believing in His resurrection. This isn't about religious performance or behavior modification. It's about supernatural transformation, a new birth that changes us from the inside out. The call is urgent because our days are numbered, and how we respond to Jesus determines our eternal destiny.
